The Egida investment is a medium-story multi-family residential building with a modern design, located in the north-west end of Gdańsk, in a picturesque area near the lake, well connected with points on the map of the Tri-City.
Location
The investment is located at Zeusa Street, in a quiet, green part of the Gdańsk district of Osowa, high above sea level, west of the Tricity Landscape Park and east of the Wysocki and Osowskie lakes. The surrounding buildings are mainly single-family houses.
The vicinity of the investment
The location of the investment provides full commercial, service and communication facilities. Nearby (600-700 m) there are two local grocery stores. At a distance of approx. 1.5 km (at ul. Jednorożca) there is a Lidl supermarket, a Pepco store, the "Czerwona Torebka" shopping square (at the intersection of ul. Jednorożca and Koziorożca), and a bit further, by the Tricity Beltway, there are large-format stores : Castorama, "Osowa" Shopping Center, Auchan supermarket and numerous drugstores, shops, confectioneries, bank branches. There are also several eateries in the vicinity of the investment: pizzeria, restaurant, pub. There are branches of the Polish Post Office in Osowa. There are primary and specialist medical care centers in the district, incl. "NCM Biwakowa" belonging to the Gdansk Coastal Medical Center network, as well as private doctor's offices. The nearest non-public nursery is 200 m from the house, Montessori kindergarten - 800 m. There are 4 more kindergartens within 1.5 km. A non-public primary school is located in the adjacent building. Complex of Secondary Schools No. 69 is about 1.5 km away. There are also other nurseries, kindergartens and schools within the district. There are numerous sports and recreational facilities available: Club Squash Center (right next to the house), tennis courts, skatepark, beach on the nearby Wysocki Lake, Stajnia Nad Jeziorem with horse riding lessons for adults and children, as well as excursions and training for advanced students, sailing school, water equipment rental.
Architecture
A three-story block on a regular plan with a flat roof is distinguished by a modern design. The elevations are divided by slight faults corresponding to the staircases, diversified with a combination of white planes and facings with a red brick-colored tile, enriched with panoramic glazing. One side elevation has been toned down with elegant vertical stripes.
The infrastructure of the estate
The investment area is fenced and monitored. There are sidewalks around the building, greenery, there is a parking lot next to it. Storage rooms are available to residents. The building is equipped with silent elevators.
Communication
The investment is connected with the rest of the city by city bus lines. The nearest stop "Oriona", several dozen meters away, is line 169: Oliwa tram loop - airport. Bus number 269: Kukawka - Osiedle Barniewice stops 500 meters away at the "Nowy Świat" stop. In close proximity (approx. 800 m) there is the Gdańsk Osowa railway station, located on the Bydgoszcz-Kościerzyna-Gdynia railway line. High-speed city trains stop here. The Tricity Beltway, which is part of the S6 expressway, also passes through Osowa.
