The investment is located at Filtrowa Street in the Czyżkówko estate in Bydgoszcz, in a quiet area surrounded by green areas. Architecture

The architectural style of both the five-story multi-family buildings and the one-story terraced houses refers to the classical one. Gable or mansard roofs covered with metal tiles are designed. Bright shades of plasters, finishing bricks and contrasting elements in bright colors and shades of wood were used in the facades. Large windows and steel balcony railings were made.
