Wall masonry is carried out from autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, the facade is insulated with mineral wool and polyurethane foam. The inner walls are built of red brick and finished with plasterboard. The construction of the building is able to withstand an earthquake with a power of up to 8 points on the Richter scale.

Window blocks are glazed with triple glazing. A metal entrance door is installed in the apartments. Each living room has autonomous heating with an individual gas boiler connected to installed radiators. The apartments are connected to sewage and electricity. All apartments have ventilation and chimneys from the boiler. The price includes Internet, telephone and TV.

The building site of the residential complex is surrounded by a lot of greenery, sections of the building are located in the shape of the letter "P" and form a cozy courtyard.
