General information about the new building

The residential complex "Burebista Apartments" consists of a seven-story building plus a penthouse. The house was built in the style of minimalism, and its facade is designed in pleasant colors. During the construction, exclusively high-quality materials were used.

The basis of the design is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. External and internal walls are made of Brikston brick, which perfectly retains heat in apartments in the winter and cool in the summer.

Additionally, the facade of the building is insulated with polystyrene 10 cm thick.

Internal walls also have heat and sound insulation.

At the entrance there is a modern silent elevator manufactured by a well-known European company.

The premises of the first floor are reserved for the development of their own infrastructure. There will be shops, cafes, various workshops, as well as business offices and utility rooms.
