The developer offers to purchase new apartments by installments, on a mortgage or for 100% calculation.

- In order to sign a direct mortgage agreement with a construction company for a period of up to 10 years with an annual interest rate of 9.99% and an individual repayment schedule, only one condition must be met - to pay an initial contribution of 30% of the cost of the selected apartment.

- The down payment can be made in two equal shares: 15% at once and another 15% within two months.

- There is the possibility of paying the cost of the apartment in parts: 50% at the beginning of construction and 50% when transferring keys.
