About the project

When looking for a place to develop a new project, we paid a lot of attention to the environment and communication in the district. We wanted to find a solution that would look like a golden mean - close enough to the affairs and pleasures of the city, but far enough away from the noise and intensity. When we clearly set the priorities, we immediately found the answer - Kalnėnai.

This district is great in that the Old Town is just ten minutes away by car, the traffic jams are one of the smallest in Vilnius, and the district itself is green and full of activities: here is Ribiškis Forest, Liepkalnis, and a water amusement park, near a stud farm and tennis courts.

As soon as the eyes of the team turned to Kalnėnai, we started looking for a suitable plot to create a community of cottages. Our goal was to find enough space not only to design our own backyards, but also spacious green areas.

With this project, we want people to always find activities in their home environment, even in situations like the now raging Pandemic. We aim to create a community that doesn't have to go anywhere else to look for entertainment - it has everything at hand. Lovers of an active life could work out in the outdoor fitness area or on the tennis court, enjoy moments of meditation in their backyard or in the spacious pine forest, and children can play on the playgrounds or basketball courts.

It is for these reasons that we decided to develop the new project on a plot of almost 100 ares in Lyvių Street, Kalnėnai.
