About the project

The residential complex "Kara-Zhigach" is a comfort class new building, in which only one-room and two-room apartments will be presented.

Location

The house will be built on the territory of the housing estate of the same name in Bishkek on Ankara Street near the City Rink. This part of the capital is located away from the center, the distance to it is about 6 km. The multi-storey buildings here are adjacent to the quarters of the private sector.

What's around

The infrastructure in the near radius is not the most diverse, but all the necessary facilities are presented here. Among educational facilities, the International University of Innovative Technologies, Ataturk Alatoo University, and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Transport

Several public transport routes run along Ankara Street, providing communication between residents of the Kara-Zhigach complex and other areas of the city. At a distance of about 1.5 km from the new building is the railway station Alamedin. Moving in your own car, you can quickly go to Shabdan Baatyr Avenue, M. Gorky Street and April 7th.

Project Features

LCD "Kara-Zhigach" in Bishkek is a building with a height of 12 floors, which is being built using monolithic technology. The external walls are filled with bricks. For the purpose of additional heat and sound insulation, a heater based on basalt fiber with a thickness of 10 cm is used. For the decoration of facades, panels of contrasting yellow, gray and anthracite colors are used.

The first floor is designed to accommodate commercial facilities - a store, beauty salon, pharmacy, educational center. At the basement level there will be a parking for 54 cars. In the courtyard there are guest parking spaces, children's play areas, green corners for relaxation.

Silent high-speed elevators are installed in the entrances. All communications in the building are centralized.

Apartments

Buyers are offered 1-2-room apartments in several variants of planning decisions and footage. One-room apartments have sizes from 45 to 58 m2, two-room ones - 60-67 m2. Kitchens in all apartments of the residential complex Kara-Zhigach are separate. Design features provide for 1-2 loggias, some apartments have walk-in closets, almost all have 2 bathrooms.
