The residential complex "Nova City Yuzhny" is the final part of a grandiose project from the developer Nova City.

Location of the new building

Residential complex "Nova City Yuzhny" in Nur-Sultan has a good location in relation to important infrastructure facilities and transport interchange. The new building is being constructed along 38th Street along the Nura-Esil canal embankment, which will become the center of attraction for the townspeople. There are bike paths, a promenade, recreation areas. And on the embankment you can go in for sports and have picnics with the whole family.

From here it is only two kilometers to the Presidential Park, 2.5 km to Expo-2017 and 3.5 km to the Botanical Garden. There are no large industrial enterprises in the vicinity of the complex; both multi-storey new buildings and low-rise buildings are located around.

Local infrastructure

Nearby there is a new public school, several kindergartens, numerous shops of various profiles and 24-hour supermarkets, as well as cafes and restaurants. There is a grocery hypermarket at a distance of 820 meters.

In 10-15 minutes by car there is a children's hospital No. 3, a state hospital No. 2, pharmacies, dental clinics, the Green Clinic medical center, the Central Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, beauty salons, the Mega Silk Way shopping and entertainment center and a dolphinarium. Four kilometers away are the Nazarbayev University, the NIS educational institution, the Academy of Choreography, Lyceum School No. 84.

Transport interchange

At 700 meters from the complex there is an exit to Uly Dala Avenue. The bus stop is 290 meters away - next to the new building there are bus routes No. 46 and No. 70, the movement of which is established at intervals of fifteen minutes.

Saparzhai-2 bus station and Nurly Zhol railway station are less than ten kilometers away. In twenty minutes you can drive to the international airport "Nursultan Nazarbayev".

Features of the new building

Residential complex "Nova City Yuzhny" consists of seven modern-style buildings from nine to sixteen floors, the construction of which is carried out in two stages.

Four buildings of the first stage are constructed using brick technology, and the construction of three buildings of the second stage is carried out using monolithic-frame technology.

External brick walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator, ventilated facades are faced with clinker bricks and fiber-cement panels made in Austria. On the facades, special baskets are provided for the installation of air conditioners. The flat, unexploited roof of the new building is covered with soft roll waterproofing.

The entrances to the entrances are located at ground level, which provides barrier-free movement for people with limited mobility. Glazed doors are installed at the entrance, there is a vestibule.

Low-noise elevators and the latest technological equipment are being installed. The project provides for the connection of the necessary utilities, including the central heating system (horizontal wiring).

The design of common areas is being carried out. CCTV cameras are installed in the halls on the ground floor and in the elevators. Also, light control sensors are mounted in the sections, and floor navigation will be placed.

Beautification

The complex has a territory closed from outsiders. An overground two-level parking is being built next to the new building, and outside the territory there are places for temporary parking for guest vehicles.

Lawns are broken in the yard, plants are planted, paths are laid with paving slabs, lanterns are installed. Playgrounds for children of different ages and a sports ground with outdoor exercise equipment are being set up. Recreation areas with gazebos and benches are being built for adults. The walls of the parking lot will be decorated with murals.

The first floor of the new building houses commercial premises for offices, shops, cafes and other infrastructure facilities.
