About the project

“We want to start the first construction work in spring at the latest. The first buyers will then be able to move in at the end of 2019. The entire system will be ready about six months later, ”says Bonava project manager Swetlana Arengold.

The apartments at prices from 209,950 euros each offer two, three or four rooms, around 41 to 123 square meters of living space and a balcony or terrace. All apartments will be built in accordance with the KfW 55 energy efficiency standard. This offers attractive funding opportunities for potential buyers. A central underground car park below the facility will provide space for 40 parking spaces. On the back of the U-shaped ensemble, the residents can look forward to a more than 700 square meter green inner courtyard with numerous seating areas and a children's playground.

“Young families in particular will immediately feel at home here, but the 'Schnelsener Hofgarten' should also be a home for all generations. Some of the apartments are therefore deliberately designed to be barrier-free, ”says Swetlana Arengold.

The Hamburg district of Schnelsen is located on the north-western border of the Hanseatic city and is characterized by a lot of green. The large Wassermannpark, as well as kindergartens, schools and shops, are only a few minutes' walk from the new apartments. The 4,200 square meter property on Schleswiger Damm was last built on with single-family houses, but lay fallow for several years after they were demolished.

The “Schnelsener Hofgarten” is just one of eight current construction projects by the German-Swedish project developer in the Hanseatic city. The company is building a further 28 apartments in neighboring Eidelstedt. New apartments and houses are also currently being built in Bergedorf and Harburg. According to the market research company bulwiengesa, Bonava is one of the three most active residential project developers in Hamburg.
