In the neighborhood

Nearby there is a kindergarten, secondary school № 72,  Nikora, SPAR, Fresco supermarkets, bank branches, pharmacies, cafes, beauty salons. A number of state institutions are also located in this part of the city – the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Justice, and the Prosecutor's office of Georgia.

Transport

About 600 meters separate the new building from the bus station "Ortachala". The nearest metro station is "300 aragvians" at a distance of about 1 km on the opposite bank of the river Kura. There are several public transport stops nearby. There are routes №19, 44, 50, 55, 71, 80, 101, 102. For those who travel by their own car, the proximity of two bridges over the river Kura, as well as such important transport highways as Gulua street, Gamsakhurdia, and the Left embankment will be important.

Design feature

The Skyview Tower residential complex in Tbilisi has 16 floors, is equipped with underground parking, as well as a commercial zone on the first floors. Facades were made in a stylish combination of restrained colors and are decorated with huge panoramic windows and original balcony railings. The architecture is designed in such a way that the building looks different from each side.

Next to the house, there are guest parking spaces, children's play areas, and space for recreation.

Apartments

In total, Skyview Tower offers 114 apartments, among which there are various housing options ranging in size from 60 to 169 m2. The layout of many apartments follows the unusual shape of the building and looks very interesting. Despite the complex shapes of individual rooms, they are quite functional, so it will not be difficult to arrange the space and create a comfortable interior in it. Especially interesting are the apartments on the top floors, equipped with huge open terraces with beautiful views of the city.
