The residential complex is located in the Vazisubani area along Sandor Petofi street. Mainly apartment buildings surround the new building. How to get around?

The Varketili metro station is 800 meters from the new building. There is a stop near the complex where buses No. 25 and No. 50 run along Sandor Petofi Street with a minimum interval of twenty minutes.

The Samgori bus station is just 3.5 km away, and the Tbilisi-Passenger railway station is 8.5 km away. A trip by car to Shota Rustaveli Airport will take no more than a quarter of an hour.

The Agora Vazisubani residential complex in Tbilisi is a ten-story building, built using advanced monolithic frame technology from high-quality materials. The new building was commissioned in the first quarter of 2020.

The house has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a solid foundation, which guarantees the necessary seismic resistance of the structure, which complies with current standards. The walls are made of ceramic bricks. The facade of the building is insulated with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator, lined with decorative plaster and bricks.

The new building has open balconies with lattice railings and tempered glass and energy-saving metal-plastic windows are installed.

The building is equipped with modern engineering systems and communications, including natural gas. There is a silent high-speed elevator at the entrance. The panoramic glazing of the entrance has been completed, and there are special amenities for people with disabilities.
