About the project

Residential complex Eliava Plaza consists of high-rise buildings designed in a modern style with built-in and attached premises. The spacious apartments are being built taking into account the seismic activity and the characteristics of the regional climate.

Where is the complex located?

Eliava Plaza in Tbilisi is being built in the Didube district on 28 Khoshauli Street, just half a kilometer from the Kura river embankment. This is an area with a high density of buildings, good transport links, and all the necessary infrastructure. A busy, noisy motorway runs 300 meters from the new building.

What's around?

Near the complex, there is a wide variety of shops, 24/7 supermarkets, trendy restaurants and cozy cafes, bank branches, pharmacies, and school No. 155.

A kilometer away are the medical center “German Hospital”, several fast-food establishments, beauty salons, secondary schools IB-Mthiebi, No. 100, No. 162, No. 166, and the Megaline shopping center.

How to get around?

The nearest bus stop is 340 meters away. Here buses No. 11, No. 15, No. 21, No. 27, No. 33, No. 46, No. 51, No. 84, and No. 86 run along Akaki Tsereteli Avenue. The minimum interval is twenty minutes.

The Tsereteli metro station is located just fifteen minutes on foot from the new building. It is about the same distance to the Gotsiridze station.

At a distance of just over two kilometers, there is a bus station and the "Didube" railway station. A trip by car to Shota Rustaveli Airport will take about half an hour.

What are the project features?

Eliava Plaza consists of two buildings with a height of 20 and 22 floors. A reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a monolithic foundation guarantee optimal strength of the structure.

The facades of the sections are insulated with a durable heat insulator, which, together with the energy-saving glazing of the windows, guarantees excellent heat and sound insulation.

The new building is gasified and is equipped with fire alarms. High-speed Internet and engineering communications are available. The silent elevators quickly take you to the desired floor. The needs of people with disabilities are also taken into account when designing the entrance of the complex.

Round-the-clock surveillance cameras are being installed throughout the complex and are monitored by a security service.
