About the project
The French district is the product of our construction concept, which implies the construction of affordable and cozy homes away from the city noise and exhaust gases, on a green area. This serves to develop and unload Tbilisi correctly. When developing the French district, we paid special attention to affordable apartment design, space planning and recreation area development.The use of the name French district was determined by the design elements used in the recreational area of the project – street lighting, decor, lamps, benches for recreation. In order to create the appropriate mood for the residents of the district, we found it insufficient to focus only on the visual side, so we decided to cover such human sensations as hearing and taste. Accordingly, the project has added a really French bakery and a street cafeteria that will offer delicious morning coffee, croissants and baguettes. In the evenings, residents who walk in the courtyard can enjoy French tunes playing from street speakers. Have you already imagined it?
