Almulla in Tbilisi is being built in the well-developed ​​Saburtalo area, on 37 Elguja Amashukeli Street. This is one and a half kilometers from Lake Lisi and the surrounding park. The area has all the necessary infrastructure nearby, and well-developed transport links will allow you to quickly get to any part of the capital. There are no large industrial enterprises near the new building.

How to get around?

The building has a solid monolithic reinforced concrete frame and foundation, which ensure high seismic stability of the structure. The flat roof of the new building is equipped with internal gutters and covered with roll waterproofing. The outer walls are insulated with a durable heat insulator.

The lower levels have panoramic glazing and glazed entrance doors are installed. Interior decoration of the halls and common areas is in progress. The building is equipped with a passenger elevator, utilities, and the necessary technological equipment. This ensures the smooth operation of all systems available in the complex.
