Location of the new building

The house is built in the Didi Digomi area on 8 Tsar Parnavaza avenue. This is a green area with dense residential buildings and all the infrastructure necessary for a modern city dweller. There is a busy highway nearby, which allows you to get to the desired area of ​​the capital quickly.

The railway is located two kilometres from the bank of the Kura River and six kilometres from the Tbilisi reservoir.

The building was designed taking into account the seismic activity at the construction site and the climatic features of the region. The house has a flat roof with internal gutters and soft roll waterproofing. The facade is faced with bricks.
