What transportation is available?

The well-established public transport will allow you to quickly get to any part of the capital. There is also a convenient exit to the Kakheti highway.

The nearest bus stop is 230 meters from the residential complex. Here bus routes No. 18 and No. 71 run every 10-15 minutes. The Varketili metro station is located one and a half kilometers from the new building and you can get there by bus No. 71. The trip will take no more than 15 minutes.

The railway station is ten kilometers away, and the central bus station, "Ortachala", is 8.5 km away. It takes thirteen minutes to get to Shota Rustaveli Airport by car.

What are the project features?

The ten-storey building was designed in a modern style according to an individual architectural project. Thanks to this, it stands out favorably against the background of the usual urban development.

The complex is being built using monolithic-frame technology, which ensures high seismic resistance of the structure and a maximum level of comfort. The building has a flat rooftop terrace with ornamental plants in tubs. The facade of the building, insulated with a durable heat insulator, is decorated with stained glazing.
