We bought an apartment in this building under construction in July, remotely through the GEOLN.COM website. The house is located in the depths of the new boulevard, in a calm, quiet place. We will have a very beautiful view of the sea and the city. In this part of the boulevard, there is a good large beach, clear sea. Near the Metro City shopping center, which has a supermarket and a cafe. For children, entertainment in the park, a large playground, a fountain. I like that the house will have its own pool and fitness room, because I am actively involved in sports, and for me it was an important condition. I love the new boulevard for a long time, when we come to rest in Batumi, we always stop in this area.
