House on Asatiani 61 in Batumi is being built in the Old Town, at a distance of just over a kilometer from the sea. From here, it is about one and a half kilometers to the Batumi seaport and the lower station of the "Argo" cableway. This is an area with good ecology and a well-developed infrastructure. However, a busy highway passes near the new building.
