Until now, there is no transport connection with the city and this creates a lot of inconvenience. And who is with the children, like mine, who have 2 students? How can we get out of the situation? One bus and a minibus - that's all they can offer us. And you have to wait for them for half an hour or more. You often have to call a taxi, and this is not school time yet. This causes a lot of inconvenience and unnecessary costs.

The first is close proximity to the sea, the second is a rapidly developing tourist area, the third is modern technologies used in the construction of the complex, and the fourth is a decent price. What is very important, a building with heat (thermo) insulation (this is simply necessary for Batumi high humidity), double-glazed windows and hydro- and noise insulation of the floor, no one will disturb the neighborhood. The best part is that I can already do repairs and start my own small profitable business.
