About the project

The residential complex "Sunway Suites" is a modern apartment hotel in the resort city of Batumi, which is being built 50 meters away from the coast.

The new building will appear on Lech and Maria Kachinsky streets – the New Boulevard that is already one of the centers of attraction for tourists. The building faces the sea with its end part, which means that all apartments will have a side view of the vast expanses of the sea, mountains and the city view. 

In this part of Batumi, new apartment hotels and the necessary infrastructure for their residents are being actively built. In addition to the landscaped park area, there are a large number of cafes and restaurants nearby. Many hotels have the internal infrastructure – fitness centers, conference rooms, and spas that are accessible to others. The Eclipse casino, Metrocity Mall shopping and entertainment center, and several Bank branches are located near the new building. 

Public transport is actively running along Lech and Maria Kachinsky streets, represented by bus routes 2A, 10, 10A. You can use them to get to the airport, railway station, get to the central part of Batumi and get to the Botanical garden. Batumi airport is very close, just 2 km away. The distance to the railway station is 8 km. 

Design feature

The residential complex SUNWAY Suites in Batumi is a 15-storey building that will feature 90 different apartments in size and characteristics. The architecture of the new building is modern, fully corresponding to the style of the surrounding building. The roof of the building is operated, with elements of landscaping and landscaped areas for recreation.

Buyers of apartments will have access to the service offered by the 5-star hotel. About 500 m2 of public spaces are planned in the building. What exactly will be located on them will become clear closer to the end of construction work.
