A bit different from what I expected from the project. Before arrival and purchase, we communicated remotely. In words, everything is beautiful, in reality it is not yet visible. Not as close to the sea as I originally thought, the area is more for locals than tourists. Reminds us of our urban-type settlements. They promise that in the near future the area will cease. In general, I think whether it is worth investing here or not. I'll wait until the end of the construction.
