The standard of living, of course, wants to leave the best (especially the service sector). After much deliberation, I decided to buy an apartment in a ready-made residential building. The area is not for tourists, and you cannot call it quiet, the constant movement of cars back and forth. One thing pleases me, I took an apartment with an exit to the courtyard, the street noise is not so audible. The quality of the construction site is certainly lame, but the developers are trying, trying to bring everything to mind.
