I wrote a letter about the deadlines, they are silent. looking at Q4 2021 !!!! doubted whether it will be completed at all !! wanted to terminate .. the answer go to court, and so the money is only minus 25% of the amount. unreliable, now they have my money, but no apartment

What we liked the most was the unique location of the complex. It is not enough that this is a very beautiful and famous place not only in Georgia, but all over the world, so also the unique curative microclimate played an equally important role. The terms of the installment plan themselves suited us. Fast paperwork was also a pleasant surprise. The area itself beckons and asks to stay and live there. We are looking forward to the completion of construction and to settle in our new apartment.
