Ruebush Hospitality Group is a full-service development and management company based in Batumi, Georgia. Our story began in 2012, with our founders David Ruebush and Nina Tretiakova jumping on the trend of investing in residential aparthotels. It was a profitable business model for a while, but as the supply in the market grew dramatically, and the returns on residential investments dwindled, we ventured into finding a strong niche market that provided better ROI.
We soon discovered that while residential real estate is a very risky investment, commercial properties – boutique hotels especially – offer stable returns at a much lower risk. The obstacle for most investors, up until now, was that they couldn’t afford to buy a hotel. But we’re here to change the game.
We develop and operate exceptional properties, from boutique guesthouses, to luxury hotels and resorts, to managed residences and co-living co-working spaces. And, we allow anyone to buy one or more rooms in our brands and keep the lion's share of the profits. From design and construction to guest check-ins and housekeeping, everything we do is a labor of love by our dedicated team of professionals.
