The company Deka Development was founded in 2019 by merging of two experienced development companies. At the expense of the founder companies 5 successfully completed residential complexes throughout Tbilisi are built. Unification gave the possibility to implement more ambitious and large-scale projects, in which adherence to the European standards will be in all directions, using the highest quality materials and innovative technologies.
The current project Deka Development is the Deka Mukhiani, the construction of which began in 2019, and in 2020 the company plans to begin construction of two residential complexes.
