The best investment in terms of real estate investment, the house is located almost on the beach, that is, this location will be super-demanded by tourists. With a full calculation, the developer gives a good discount, we plan to buy up to 10 apartments here (for subsequent delivery), so we collect the entire amount at once to get a good bonus. I recommend everyone to pay attention to this new complex. I have been to Batumi many places - this house is very promising.
