About the project

A new project called "Residence over the Island" was built by the Neocity Group on Nad Ostrov Street in Prague 4 - Podoli. This is a new five-storey building, which houses 11 luxury apartments ranging from 2 + kk to 5 + kk and ranging from 64 to 205 m2, which is ideal for the most demanding clients. There are many cultural monuments in this area of ​​the city, such as the church of St. Archangel Michael since 1222. You can walk to it in 9 minutes. Another monument is the Podolsk Vodokanal, where drinking water was extracted from the Vltava, now it provides drinking water from the Zhelkovsky reservoir. It's also nine minutes on foot, three minutes by car.

You can have a lot of fun in Podoli. The complex of Czech television Kavchi mountains is located here, right above the Podolsky stadium, that is, an 11-minute walk from the house. The Podolsk Waterworks is home to the Prague Waterworks Museum. On May 5 street there is the Hes dance school, a 14-minute metro ride on line C.
