About the project

The development project of the M2 REAL ESTATE group, PRAGA Rezidence, can be found at Pernerova Street in Prague 8 - Karlin district. The nine-story residence has grown on the site where Praga cars were repaired, from which its name derives. By the way, the historic façade of the auto repair shop was delicately integrated into the modern residential building and became its original part.

The residential complex PRAGA Rezidence consists of three buildings designed by the architectural studio ADNS. With a cantilever that curves over the terrain and creates the impression that the upper floors appear to be floating, the composition of the complex is brilliantly visually brightened.
