About the project

For the development project Rezidence Vrchlićkého, Geosan Development sro chose Vrchlicého street in the urban part of Prague 5 - Košiře. Fortunately, the initially agricultural region of Kosire avoided the panel buildings, but many green areas remain. The seven-storey new building Vrchlického Residence has grown in close proximity to greenery and offers quiet and safe accommodation in 52 residential units 1 + kk - 3 + kk and 19 studios 1 + kk or 2 + kk ranging from 39 m2 to 89 m2. Of course, all apartments have a balcony or loggia, the apartments on the upper floors have spacious terraces facing south, on the 1st floor each of them has its own front garden. There is enough parking space for residents in the house, one parking space is already included in the price of the apartment 3 + kk. The residential building is marked with energy class B, therefore it is declared low energy, with low maintenance.
