About the project

Geosan Development Project (BRG Kappa), the seat of the Neklanka, is located on Na Neklance Street in Prague's 5-Smichov District. The residential complex consists of two four-storey houses with a square floor layout with 31 residential blocks with a layout of 1 + kk - 4 + kk and an area from 30 m2 to 117 m2. The houses are sensitively located in the surrounding nature, which is still abundant in this part of Prague. The complex fits into the landscape with a suitable choice of gray-beige colors and front gardens for the ground floor apartments, large windows, balconies and terraces allowing you to enjoy the surrounding nature and the owners of the apartments on the upper floors.

The buildings are designed with the environment in mind and are energy-labeled B. The location offers one kilometer from several kindergartens, public and private primary schools and Na Zatlance gymnasium (1.3 km).

Radlická is full of shops and services, while the Angel tram can be reached in 10 minutes, where there is a large shopping center, the Kartuz Polyclinic (1.7 km) and cultural events such as the Cinema City. Prague 5 also has a number of cultural and historical monuments that you can visit on family walks: the Smichov Municipal Monument Area (1.7 km), Villa Bertramka (1.8 km) or the Kingdom of Railways (1.4 km). Paví vrch and the nearby Prokop Valley will also tempt you to walk, walk and cycle.
