About the project

The residential project of the developer company CRESTYL real estate sro called DOCK presents a luxurious life on the banks of the river in the urban part of Prague 8 - Liben. On the peninsula between the two blind branches of the Vltava, a residential complex was created, unique in its connection with the water surface, surrounded by greenery and at the same time not far from the lively Palmovka with all the amenities. The only place in Prague where you can leave your boat in front of the house - part of the residence - is a pier up to 12 meters long with all standard services.

The DOCK project was created in three phases: Marina View, River Watch and Marina Boulevard. Schools for your children are within walking distance. Palmovka Primary School is 640 meters away, while Bohumil Hrabala Primary School is just 460 meters from the residential complex. Sokolovska Kindergarten is 763 meters away, while the National Institute of Autism Kindergarten (570 meters) is just a 9-minute walk away. Of course, you will also find secondary schools in the area, such as the U Libeňského zámku gymnasium.

Right on Palmovka you will find several shops where you can buy the whole range, within 5 minutes you can also reach the supermarkets Kaufland, Albert or Billa. In just 5 minutes you will walk to the Palmovskaya Polyclinic, where you will find general practitioners and specialists.

Liben and neighboring Holesovice, which can be reached in a few minutes via the Liben bridge, are areas rich in cultural, social and sports activities. The nearest theater near Palmovka is just a 10-minute walk from the complex. You can play sports, for example, on the tennis courts TJ Spartak Karlín Tesla (565 m), the CZ GOLF golf course (865 m) can be found on U Libeňského mostu street. The Tomaer Gardens with a bicycle path and a playground begin in the immediate vicinity of the property. On the island of Liben, just 400 meters from the apartment buildings, you can try the rope center.
