About the project
The residential building marked "B" is being built in the Špansko sjever settlement in Zagreb, in the block: the future V. Korajca Street - extended from the north - Hrvatskih branitelja Street from the east - A. Šoljana - extended from the south.

Materials
Thermal insulation
Thermal insulation will be performed in accordance with the calculation of the physics of buildings which is an integral part of the main project. The following materials will be used: extruded, elastic-expanded polystyrene and mineral wool.
Sound insulation
Sound insulation will be performed in accordance with the budget of the noise protection project which is an integral part of the main project Sound insulation of interior walls will be provided by reinforced concrete walls 20 cm thick. In the case of mezzanine constructions, insulation will be achieved with a reinforced concrete slab 20 cm thick and a floating floor, where 2 cm of elasticized and expanded polystyrene is envisaged. Windows and balcony doors have sound insulation min Rw = 35 dB, and entrance doors of apartments Rw = 30 dB (except apartments without living room doors Rw = 35 dB).
Floor treatment
All floors in the apartments are provided with parquet or ceramic tiles. The floors of the entrance areas, living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms are covered with oak parquet. Ceramic tiles will be laid in the bathroom, kitchen and room as a finishing layer. The entrance areas of the building and the stairwell areas will be lined with stone. Balcony floors and loggias made of ceramic tiles, intended for outdoor spaces.
