The Raffle Tower residential complex is a new prestigious building under construction within the framework of the Baku White City project.

The Baku-Passenger railway station is five kilometers away, and one and a half kilometers is the Nariman Narimanov station. Heydar Aliyev International Airport is less than half an hour by car.

Architecture and Specifications

The single-section Raffle Tower twenty-story building is being constructed using modern technology. The project incorporated high energy efficiency and earthquake resistance of the building. The stylish architecture of the house allows it to harmoniously fit into the overall development of the White City.
