About the project

Unity residential complex is a club-type house near the historical part of Uzhgorod. To the complex does not stand out among the historical buildings, the architects used a small number of storeys and light colors of the facade. On the ground floor of the complex will accommodate retail and office space with separate entrance groups. Near the house there will be parking for residents, guests of the complex and visitors to commercial facilities.

Infrastructure

Unity residential complex is being built a 6-minute drive from the center of Uzhgorod. Within walking distance are shops, medical and educational institutions, banks, fitness centers and public transport stops: bus number 18 is near the house, buses No. 18 and No. 20 leave from the stop on Mukachevskaya Street, as well as shuttle buses No. 1, No. 2, No. 12P and No. 158. The central bus station is 2 minutes by car, the train station is 3-5 minutes, and you can walk to any of these stations in 14 minutes.

Walking distance to the nearest Silpo grocery supermarket takes 2 minutes, to Vopak, Kefir and Zodiac grocery stores - 9 minutes, to another Vopak and a bakery store - 11 minutes. Also nearby are PassiJu coffee house and Chiken HUT fast food restaurant. For fresh fruits and vegetables, farm products, meat, dried fruits and spices, you can always go or go to the Minaisky market, which is 17 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. A 3-minute walk from the Unity residential complex is the Watsons cosmetics and perfumery store, a 13-minute walk to the Luxor Plaza clothing store and a 4-minute drive to the Foxtrot appliance store.

Several urban kindergartens work in the new building area, the closest number 26 is a 10-minute walk, kindergarten number 39 is 3 minutes by car, and kindergarten number 20, number 19 and number 38 can be reached in 5-7 minutes. Schoolchildren don’t have to spend much time traveling: a 7–9-minute walk from the house, municipal school No. 6, a linguistic gymnasium and the specialized Prolisok UVK, in which kindergarten and elementary school work, to schools No. 5, No. 1, No. 12, No. 15, Uzhgorod Classical Gymnasium and Intellect Lyceum - from 4 to 7 minutes by car. Also, a 7-minute walk from the Unity residential complex is located the Medical College of Medicine, and a few minutes further - the Made in educational center.

Having walked for 10 minutes, you can spend time with your family in the Aquarium Zoological Garden, and spending 6 minutes by car in the Podzamkovy Park, where the Tarzan rope park, water park and pizzeria work. For those who like to walk under the rustle of leaves and birds singing, a 10-minute drive from the Unity residential complex, Uzhgorod Botanical Garden and Bozdosh Park.

You can play sports a 10-minute walk from the house in the Yunost sports complex, and ice-skating at the Ice-Land skating rink, which is 6 minutes away by car.

Of the medical facilities within walking distance to the house are the Transcarpathian Regional Hospital, the regional center for neurosurgery, medical centers Diamed and UzhMed.
