About the project

The Tetris residential complex is the new TSM.GROUP project, the first residential building in Uzhgorod with panoramic elevators, rising in which residents can enjoy views of the city, Bozdosh Park and the Uzh riverbed. The lower floor of the complex is reserved for commercial and office premises, on the upper - duplex apartments with their own open roof terraces. The territory of the complex is closed from cars, for vehicles of residents and guests of Tetris parking is provided on the outside of the house.

Infrastructure

The location of the Tetris residential complex is a recreation area on the banks of the Uzh River, a 7-minute drive from the historic city. There is a developed transport infrastructure in the area of ​​the new building: a 2-minute drive to Slavyanskaya embankment, which takes 7 minutes to Narodnaya Square, and a 5-minute walk to a public transport stop on Nikolay Babyak Street, from which minibuses No. 10, No. 11, No. 27 and bus No. eighteen.

You can buy products in an 8-minute walk from the complex in the Assorti supermarket, the AVS and Avs Zina grocery stores, as well as the Lera's ADC delicatessen, Velmart hypermarket, two Vopak and Silpo supermarkets, having spent the trip by car 3-6 minutes. The Minaisky or the Drunk markets can be reached by car in 7-8 minutes for home or farm products. Repair products can be bought at the Epicenter and New Line hypermarkets, which are 6 and 9 minutes walk, respectively. Walking through the park, you can go along the suspension bridge to the opposite bank of the river and walk along the embankment to the center of Uzhgorod. In winter, you can swim in the Aquarelle pool, which is a 7-minute drive from the Tetris Residential Complex.
