About the project

The Ostrova housing estate is a large-scale building consisting of 13 houses of various storeys with their own infrastructure and landscaped territory. The complex is notable for its bright facades from light green to juicy green - and this is the first thing that catches the eye and attracts attention. For the convenience of residents in the neighborhood there are commercial areas, which plan to open grocery stores, pharmacies, beauty salons, children's clubs and a fitness center.

In developing the "Islands" project, the developer followed the Berlin principle - the buildings are located at a great distance from each other to improve insolation in the premises and increase the useful courtyard space. Some houses will be placed in such a way that the apartments on the upper floors will offer a picturesque view of the sea.

Infrastructure

JM "Islands" will be built in a neighborhood with a developed infrastructure, and thanks to apartment buildings of this type in the district there are many new and useful facilities.

The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away is Kryzhanivsky beach, and the tourist part of Odessa is 20 minutes away by car. There are many cafes, beaches "Langeron" and "Otrada", parks, Taras Shevchenko Park with an amusement park, stadium, dolphinarium "Nemo" and other entertainment areas for citizens and tourists.
