About the project

L7 House is a low-rise residential complex in the format of a club house in Mykolayiv, next to Chestnut Square and the city Embankment. The two lower floors of the five-storey building are set aside for commercial premises, on the upper floors - two-level apartments with private terraces, which offer views of the historic part of the city. The concept of the new building provides for the comfort and safety of residents: a closed area under 24-hour security and video surveillance, covered parking.
