About the project

Avalon FLEX will stand out from the surrounding buildings with its minimalist architecture: symmetry, simple, form and a discreet palette of facade design. Each house will have open terraces with glass fences, which give the facades of the complex a feeling of lightness, and the terraces - spaciousness. The bonus of the southern part of the Avalon FLEX facades is a view of the artificial lake in the courtyard, where there will also be a recreation area for future residents.
