About the project

Yaroslavenko is a low-rise residential complex in the format of a club house. The location in the Galician region attracts with silence and measured, so the housing stock of the district is developing in the form of small low-rise buildings.

Against the background of other houses in the district, the Yaroslavenko residential complex stands out for its minimalism: clear lines of the facades, simple geometric shapes. A feature of planning decisions is rooms with angular panoramic balconies and loggias: glazing to the entire height of the floor improves the natural lighting in the apartment and visually makes the rooms more voluminous.
