About the project
New Lviv conquers the territory from industrial zones, combining modern buildings among architectural monuments - "Mistechko Pidzamche" will be built south of the High Castle under the Prince's Hill. The idea of the complex is to create a new center of Lviv, which will become a multifunctional part of the city and will combine residential, business and social-commercial components.
Mistechko Pidzamche is not just a residential complex, but an architectural ensemble consisting of several autonomous complexes-blocks. “Mistechko Pidzamche” begins with “LCD Brahma”, then “LCD New Fort” and “LCD Vezha”.
Low-rise buildings were chosen for the complex, which will not create a dissonance with the architecture of the old city. The houses will be made in a minimalist style with cascading number of floors, elevations and sloping roofs. A variety of roofs offers opportunities for attic floors, open-air terraces and places for recreation for future residents.
Each of the complexes will have its own peculiarity. For example, an overview funicular from B. Khmelnitsky Street will be built in ZhK Brama, for walking - the central square, and also an amusement park. In the residential complex "New Fort" will be located shopping and entertainment center. ZhK Vezha is considered the infrastructure center Mistechka Pidzamche, where its own school, other facilities for the comfort of residents and a high observation tower with shared access will be located.
The complex’s own infrastructure will include office premises, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, coffee houses, pharmacies, bank branches and other services for the comfortable life of future residents. Also in the area of new buildings there are several grocery stores, a supermarket "Buffet" and "ATB" and the market "Pіdzamche".
The smallest tenants will be able to walk to their future kindergarten - 8 minutes to kindergarten No. 55, 10 minutes to preschool center No. 144 or Christian kindergarten, and 13 minutes to preschool center No. 121. For older children, school number 7, number 20, a little further on is the Galitskaya school-gymnasium, school number 37 with advanced French, number 8 with advanced German and Polish school number 24.
