About the project

"Fruit Alley" is not just a name, but a reflection of reality: along the playgrounds and the promenade there is a planting of apple trees, pears, plums and other fruit trees. The concept of the project is a combination of active leisure in the fresh air and well-thought-out planning.

Residential complex "Fruit Alley" consists of 5 sections surrounded by the adjacent territory: fruit alley, children's play area, playgrounds and recreation areas. The architects designed the apartments so that everyone had a kitchen-living room - a place for a family vacation or home party. Windows are also designed for the entire height of the floor to increase the amount of natural light in the rooms.

Infrastructure

The Fruit Alley construction area is a part of Lviv where new residential complexes are being actively built. The concept of the surrounding projects differs from typical sleeping areas - no gray high-rises and half-abandoned courtyards. The new complexes are also developing infrastructure - on the ground floors open small shops, pharmacies or cafes.

For groceries you can walk a few minutes to Produktova Khata and Family Food or drive 5 minutes to the supermarkets "Arsen", "Glove" and "ATB". Dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, a children’s entertainment center, a Silpo supermarket and the Planeta Kino cinema are a 7-minute drive from the LCD.
