About the project
Kristal Plaza is a complex that combines two concepts: an apartment complex and a business center. The business infrastructure of the complex and office premises will be concentrated in the business center. The apartment complex will house apartments that are offered to investors as a ready-made business tool for passive income in the hotel industry.
Two concepts of the complex are reflected in the architecture: the glass part of the business center resembles a precious stone framed by a facade. The architectural style is dominated by minimalism from straight lines of facades to the color palette of clinker tiles. The Kristal Plaza area is separated from the road by a park that is planned to be reconstructed - greenery will complement the design solution inside and out: the glass surface will reflect the park, and in spring and summer the emerald green color will fill the offices.
Infrastructure
Kristal Plaza's internal infrastructure is business-oriented and divided into floors. A premium café and restaurant will open on the ground floor. In order not to waste time on the way to the gym, there will be an open fitness center on the second floor of the complex. Kristal Plaza is located in an area where the construction of new residential complexes is underway, which will attract the development of the surrounding infrastructure - new shops, services, restaurants and cafes. The center of Lviv can be reached by car in 10 minutes. 5 minutes walk from the public transport stop, 7 minutes walk from Persenkivka railway station. The airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
The nearest supermarkets can be reached on foot - 6 minutes to Vopak, 8 minutes to Blizenko. There are also small grocery stores in the district.
