About the project

The residential complex on Stryjska Street is a multifunctional project of the “city within a city” format, which the company “Creator-Bud” is building on the street of the same name in the Sykhiv district of Lviv. The residential complex includes seven houses with their own infrastructure. Residents have their own kindergarten, football stadium with artificial turf, large square and recreation areas, landscaping in each yard, as well as playgrounds and sports fields, shops and services. The first six buildings of the project form a separate quarter, while the seventh together with the kindergarten is located nearby. Its space is designed according to the concept of "yard without cars" with a closed adjacent territory. Underground parking is provided for residents' cars, which will supplement the capacity of the existing LCD above-ground parking lots.

Infrastructure

The residential complex is located in a green environmentally friendly area, but at the same time has excellent transport links with other areas of Lviv. The journey by car to the city center takes about 10 minutes, there are also several public transport stops. In the vicinity of the complex there are parks and forest park areas for walks and picnics. Within 5 minutes walk - Lviv Hippodrome, where you can learn to ride a horse. A little further is the football stadium "Arena Lviv", which hosts matches, festivals, concerts and other mass events. There is also an amusement park and go-karts on the territory of the stadium. Adjacent to the LCD are tennis courts "Tennis Life" and football club "Football Life".

In a few minutes by car you can reach the large mall King Cross Leopolis, which opens a hypermarket "Auchan", branded shops, restaurants, a cinema, an ice rink and a children's playground. There is also a construction hypermarket "Epicenter K".

If there are schoolchildren in your family - the road to secondary schools №86, №32 and in Sokilnyky will take 7-10 minutes by car. Across the street from the house there is a private mini-garden "Madagascar", and to the state №70 a little more than 2 km.

The nearest medical centers are a 7-minute drive away - a private Medicover clinic and a children's clinic. 15 minutes will go on the way to the adult clinic №4, another children's clinic and private centers "Oxford Medical", "St. Paraskeva" and "LeoDerm".
