About the project

UNIT.City is the first innovation park in Ukraine. The idea of the project is to create an ecosystem and infrastructure for business, high technology and the creative industry. The territory of the innovation park will consist of residential neighborhoods, office buildings, children's space and a guest hotel.

The concept of the UNIT.Home project is aimed at providing comfortable living conditions for intellectuals, development of the IT industry in Ukraine, a symbiosis of technological achievements and innovative technologies in creating living spaces and opening a new tourist attractive area of the capital.

Infrastructure

UNIT.Home is not just a residential complex, but a socio-cultural space. The project will implement the concept of "city within a city", integrated into the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. Its own infrastructure will include commercial areas, restaurants, a medical center, a school, a fitness center, bicycle rental and a car park with electric car chargers.

It will always be possible to register at the UNIT.Home medical center online, where a system of electronic cards, reminders about preventive examinations and the ability to connect fitness trackers to the medical platform of the complex will also be introduced.

The innovation school will be connected to the information systems of the UNIT.Home project. With the help of online communication, parents will be aware of the child's success, all important school events and the child's movement in the territory of UNIT.City.

Visitors to the Fitness Club will be able to book a place to train online, track the schedule of trainers, groups and the occupancy of the hall. It will be possible to record achievements of trainings in the electronic diary which forms the menu and will help to order sports food in UNIT.Cafe.

On the territory of the complex there are campuses with coworking spaces and conference halls for speeches or international conferences. The adjacent territory will be turned into a park area with places for recreation, bicycle paths and children's playgrounds.
