About the project

Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul, carrying the "Nidapark" brand to Başakşehir, pressed the button for its second project in the same region. Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul and its group company Nida İnşaat won the tender for Emlak Konut, which was held in May 2015. The Nidapark Kayaşehir project, with one door opening to the city square and one door opening to the biggest botanic park in Europe, aims to raise the housing standards in the region. The project, which consists of 3 residential stages and 1 commercial stage, did not include 1 + 0 and 1 + 1 apartments. Nidapark Kayaşehir rises in the position adjacent to Adım Istanbul and Evvel Istanbul projects. The design of the project, which is a candidate for the LEED Certificate, belongs to Tago Architecture. Tahincioğlu Gayrimenkul opens its 3rd Palladium Shopping Mall to Başakşehir. The shopping center of the Nidapark Kayaşehir project, which consists of a residential, office and shopping center, will serve as Palladium. The apartments in Nidapark Kayaşehir, which are quite comprehensive as social and technical equipment, will be delivered with all white goods including refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers, air conditioners.
