About the project

Built on the E-5 highway line in the trendy and developing Maltepe region of the Anatolian Side of Istanbul, Plusera City aims to create a new living center by integrating its residential functions with its green spaces, sports fields and social facilities. The Plusera City project, consisting of four block types located on the land boundaries, has the signature of Grid Design Architecture.
