About the project

Designed for those who need a life complex that will increase life value rather than a residence, Park Riva aims to have a good investment rather than a good residence with its rich architecture and multiple options. The project, which covers an area of 3000 m2 in total, was implemented by Park İnşaat and has 130 apartments in total.

All the houses in the project have been built in accordance with the earthquake regulations and reinforced concrete cancasses. In the apartments, aerated concrete or heat insulated pumice for the outer walls and brick for the inner walls are preferred. The site is monitored by a closed circuit camera system that is active 24/7 and there is a control point at the entrance. There is a generator with the capacity to provide uninterrupted internet throughout the site. Social areas suitable for different activities such as fitness center, playground and running-walking track are provided throughout the site.

Throughout the project, 2 different types of apartments, 2 + 1 and 3 + 1, were offered for sale. 2 + 1 apartments are 130 m2, 3 + 1 apartments are 155 m2 duplex options. 3 + 1 flats have different balcony sizes, A type and B type. The windows of the apartments are built using molded and 4 + 12 + 4 temperature controlled glasses. The exterior doors of the building are steel and the interior doors are presented with oil paint on American panel doors. The entrance hall and corridor of the apartments are covered with 1st class ceramic tiles and all the remaining parts of the apartment are covered with Florpan parquet except wet floors. Each apartment has a special intercom system and this system has the authority to communicate with the site center 24/7.
