The business class residential complex "Jamaica" is being built in the historical center of Saratov, on the New Volga Embankment. "Jamaica" is a stylish and modern residential complex consisting of four monolithic-brick buildings of variable number of storeys (from 23 to 27 floors). The first stage house (23-storey) has already been commissioned, the rest are being actively built. The LCD has a sleek design, the facades are decorated in bright and warm colors.
