About the project

The residential complex "Verevo City" in the village of Maloe Verevo, located in the developing Gatchina region, is located away from large industrial enterprises that pollute the environment.

There is a gas station next door, within a radius of one kilometer there are several shops of various profiles, a club, a post office, a bank branch, a cafe and a sports complex. Local administration, a school and a kindergarten are located nearby, and public transport is nearby.

The developer positions the apartments in RC “Verevo City” as budget housing, although at all stages of construction environmentally friendly materials are used and innovative technologies are applied.

The new building is being built in several stages. Frameworks of houses are cast from monolithic reinforced concrete. External walls are erected from aerated concrete blocks, insulated with mineral wool plates, the facades are lined with decorative plaster on a fiberglass mesh.
