About the project
The project of the complex was developed in the architectural workshop of Eugene Podgorny “Intercolumnium”. Evgeny Vyacheslavovich is a member of the Union of Architects of Russia, a member of the Expert Council at the Town Planning Council of St. Petersburg, as well as a professor at the International Academy of Architecture.
During his time at the design institute, he took part in the design of cities in Western Siberia, worked on the development of residential quarters, residential buildings and community centers, and also participated in creative seminars and architectural competitions of the Union and international, where he won prizes and became a laureate.
Evgeny Podgorny personally developed the architectural design of the Continents residential complex. The main value of the modern architectural style in which the residential complex is made is democracy. All buildings are ideally combined with different-height surrounding buildings. The selected materials of the facades and their colors harmoniously fit into the urban environment.
